Welcome to Millie! We’re so excited to have you join our nonprofit community. Millie is a workplace giving platform that helps companies and their employees support causes they care about — and chances are, you’re here because someone has already donated to your organization through Millie. 🎉
Claiming your nonprofit profile gives you access to:
- A customizable public profile visible to donors
- A nonprofit dashboard with donor information and donation history
Step 1: Start the Claim Process
Head to milliegiving.com/claim to begin claiming your profile.

In the first field, you'll be asked to search for your organization.
We recommend searching by your EIN — that’s the most accurate way to find your listing.
Step 2: Submit the Form
Fill out the rest of the form with your contact details and any relevant information that helps us confirm your affiliation with the nonprofit.
Once submitted, the Millie team will be notified and will verify that you’re authorized to represent the organization.
Step 3: Wait for Verification
You’ll receive access to your dashboard once a Millie team member approves your request. This usually happens quickly, but if we need additional info, we’ll reach out.
Step 4: Start Building Your Profile
While you're waiting for approval, you can start drafting your profile using the profile builder. Your profile won't be published until it's reviewed, but you're welcome to begin:
- Uploading your logo and banner image
- Writing your mission and impact statements
- Adding programs, photos, and donation links
Once approved, you’ll be able to publish your profile and begin receiving more visibility within Millie’s workplace giving ecosystem.
