Employer matching gifts are a big part of workplace giving — but submitting those matches can sometimes feel like a hassle. That’s where Millie + Double the Donation come in.
Together, we make it easy for employees to donate and trigger a company match — all in one smooth experience.
How does Millie work with Double the Donation?
Millie integrates with Double the Donation’s 360MatchPro, a tool that many nonprofits embed on their own fundraising websites (outside of Millie).
Here’s how it works:
- When you donate to a nonprofit outside of Millie, on the nonprofit’s native donation form (powered by 360MatchPro), you’ll see the option to submit a matching gift request directly on the thank-you page.
- You’ll be prompted to select your employer and verify your information.
- Once submitted, the matching gift request is sent straight to your company — no separate portals or paperwork.
This is called auto-submission, and it’s designed to reduce friction and increase the number of matches that actually get processed.
So even if you're not donating through Millie directly, you can still benefit from your company’s matching gift program — right from the nonprofit’s own site.
How do I use auto-submission with Millie?
If your company facilitates its matching gift program through Millie, you’re already eligible for auto-submission!
And when you donate on a nonprofit’s site that uses 360MatchPro, the system will recognize your company (if it’s connected to Millie), and let you submit the match request on the spot.

Q: I work with a nonprofit that doesn’t use 360MatchPro — can I still submit a match?
A: Auto-submission requires the nonprofit to be using 360MatchPro. You can direct any nonprofit partner to this page to learn more and get set up.
Q: How do I know if a nonprofit’s donation form is powered by 360MatchPro?
A: If it is, you’ll see the employer match option immediately after donating — usually on the thank-you page. If you don’t see that prompt, it’s likely not using 360MatchPro.
Q: Can I match a donation I made through Millie?
A: Yes! If your company offers matching through Millie, all donations made on the platform are eligible for match (based on your company’s program rules). You don’t need 360MatchPro in that case — matching is handled natively within Millie.
