Managing employee list

Where to go

Manage your employee list under "Settings" > "Employees"

Start by clicking "Add Employees"

You'll have two options in the popup, to either add them one-off manually, or by uploading them in bulk via csv.

What you'll need

In the CSV tab, we've added a pre-formatted template there for you. The 3 items you'll need for each employee are:

  1. First Name
  2. Last Name
  3. Email

Adding More

Whenever you want to come back to add new employees in bulk via CSV, the system recognizes any previously added employees and will just add the new employees.

After you've already launched on Millie, anytime you add new employees either manually or via csv, they will be sent a Millie invite email with a unique URL.
