Groups on Millie are a great way to connect with your colleagues around shared passions, causes, or identities. Whether it’s your LGBTQ+ ERG, a sustainability task force, or a team in a specific city, Groups give you a dedicated space to engage, organize, and take action together.
What Are Groups?
Groups are spaces within your company’s Millie platform where employees can:
- Connect around shared causes or identities
- Participate in group-specific campaigns and volunteer events
- See impact stats unique to the group
- Access a curated feed of activity relevant to the group
Groups are usually created around:
- Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
- Office locations or regions
- Affinity groups or interests (like animal welfare, climate, or education)
- Team departments or business units
How to Join a Group
- Click on the
Groups
tab in the top navigation bar - Browse the list of available groups within your company
- Click into a group to learn more
- If it’s open to join, click
Join Group
Once you’re in, you’ll be able to see activity, events, and donation opportunities specific to that group.
✨ Some groups may require admin approval to join, depending on how your company has set them up.
