If someone has sent you a donation gift through Millie — lucky you! 🎁 Here’s how to redeem it and get started using those funds to support a cause you care about.
Already have a Millie account?
If the gift was sent to the same email address you already use for Millie, no action is needed — your gift will automatically appear in your wallet. You’ll receive a confirmation email and can log in to see the funds ready to use.
New to Millie?
If you don't yet have a Millie account, you'll be prompted to create one in order to redeem your gift. Just go to:
Follow the prompts to set up your account and the gift will be added to your wallet once you're in.
Important note for company users
If you’ve been invited to Millie by your company, make sure you first accept that invitation and set up your account using your work email. This ensures you're properly connected to your company’s program and can access matches, campaigns, and other perks.
Once your account is set up through your company invite, head to the Redeem Gift page and your gift will be applied.
