Setting Separate Campaign Match

Looking to set up a separate campaign match budget or ratio? Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to the campaign you’d like to set the match settings for, and go to the campaign builder. While in the builder, scroll down
  2. While in the builder, scroll down to the Match section
  3. Select Show advanced settings

  4. If you leave the ratio and budget to Use annual - nothing will change, the campaign will utilize your annual budget and annual ratios which are set in your Company Wallet.

  5. If you would like the campaign to have a separate ratio from your annual ratio, select Use separate ratio and then choose the ratio you would like for the campaign:

  6. If you would like the campaign to have a separate budget from your annual budget, select Use separate budget and then input the additional budget you would like for the campaign:

  7. Be sure to select Create or Save at the bottom to save your settings:

Note: If you select Use separate budget, there will be no employee caps on the giving for that campaign. So if an employee previously hit their individual annual match cap, they would still be able to give in this campaign and receive a match.
