Wondering where your donation is after you click Donate in Millie?
The Donation Tracker gives both employees and admins real-time visibility into the disbursement process—from the moment your donation is received until it reaches the nonprofit.
No setup is required. It's automatically available to all Millie customers.
What You Can See
The Donation Tracker shows:
- 💙 When your donation was received
- 💙 Where it is in the disbursement process
- 💙 How it was sent (ACH/electronic transfer or check)
- 💙 When the nonprofit received the funds
It's an easy way to follow your donation's journey and feel confident that it's on its way to making an impact.
For Employees
You can access the Donation Tracker from your Wallet.
- Open your Wallet.
- Find the donation you'd like to view.
- Click the package icon next to the donation amount.
From there, you'll see a timeline of your donation's progress, along with important dates and delivery details.
For Admins
Admins can view the same donation timeline from the Donations page.
- Navigate to Donations.
- Find the donation you'd like to review.
- Click the •• menu and select View Details.
- In the donation details window, click Donation Tracker in the upper-right corner.
You'll see the full donation timeline, including when the donation was received, how it was disbursed, and when the nonprofit received the funds.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to turn this on?
No! The Donation Tracker is enabled automatically for all Millie customers.
Who can access it?
Both employees and admins can view the tracker for donations they have permission to access.
Why doesn't my donation show as received yet?
Donation timelines update as each step in the disbursement process is completed. Depending on the payment method and nonprofit, some stages may take time. Check out our article on “How Donations Move Through Millie" here
