Tracking a Drive

Navigate to the"Campaigns" tab in your admin area on the left hand side of the screen, and click on the dropdown “Drive Tracking.”

This will take you to a page where you can track all live and past drives, find details about them, and download a full CSV report.

When creating a new drive, you have the option of allowing employees to track items on their own or only allow admin to track. Admin are able to add items on the backend through the dashboard and employees are able to add items through the public facing campaign page:

The percentage to completion progress bar is based off of the monetary or quantity goal that was set in the campaign.

By clicking the green button on the far right, “Track Items” you will also see the option of tracking items by individual or in bulk:

  1. Allow entries to be made on a per employee basis.
  2. Add entries as batches.

Once items have been added, you will be able to see this increase in realtime individually, on the admin dashboard and on the company campaign page.

*Once a campaign is live, items can be added to it - even if the drive timeframe has not officially kicked off.
