Millie makes it easy to track the success of your goods drives or activation campaigns in real time—whether you’re counting backpacks donated, miles walked, or acts of kindness logged.
Accessing Drive Tracking
To track any live or past drive:
- Head to the Campaigns tab in your admin dashboard
- From the dropdown, select Drive Tracking
This page gives you a centralized view of:
- All current and past drives
- Key drive details and progress
- The ability to download CSV reports
Admin vs. Employee Tracking
When setting up a drive, you can choose who’s allowed to track progress:
- Employee Tracking: Participants can log items directly from the public-facing campaign page
- Admin Tracking Only: Admins log contributions from the dashboard
Either way, admin users can always add and manage entries.
Tracking Items
Click the green “Track Items” button on any drive to log new contributions. You can track:
- By Individual: Add a record for a specific employee
- In Bulk: Add multiple items or entries at once
Progress updates immediately and is visible in:
- The Drive Tracking page
- The public-facing campaign page
- Your admin dashboard
Progress Bar Logic
Each drive shows a percentage progress bar based on the goal you set—either by quantity or dollar value. As items are logged, the progress bar updates in real time.
Pro Tip: Pre-Launch Entry
You can start tracking items even before the official campaign dates begin. This is helpful if you're prepping in advance or want to seed early contributions.
