Tracking Non-Millie Events (Hidden Events)

In the case that a company event was not set up through Millie originally or open to the entire company, you may still want to be able to track those hours. In this situation, you will want to use up a “Hidden Events” option that will hide the event from employees seeing it on the company dashboard and events pages, but will still allow admins to track hours. These hours will still count for the company analytics and can be approved for dollars for doers.

This can be found by going to Admin navigation left hand tab, selecting Volunteering and then going to the Volunteering & Hours sub tab.

Click the orange Track Volunteers & Hours button and then the blue New Tracking Event from there.

Once submitted, the event will fall in to the admin view only list of events and will be able to be tracked from there.
