When you donate through Millie, your gift is facilitated in partnership with Percent Impact Foundation (PIF), a 501(c)(3) donor-advised fund sponsor. This structure allows donations to be processed efficiently while supporting a wide range of nonprofits.
Donations made through Millie are received by Percent Impact Foundation, which is responsible for administering funds and issuing grants to nonprofits. Millie does not hold charitable funds.
Charitable organizations that may be listed or referenced on the platform as potential recipients of donations have not necessarily provided prior written consent to be included in solicitations. The listing of any charitable organization does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with the platform or any campaign. The platform facilitates donor recommendations, and donations are distributed to recipient charitable organizations by a third-party donor-advised fund sponsor.

📬 Typical grant timing
Percent Impact Foundation currently processes grants on a rolling basis and generally disburses funds once a nonprofit has accumulated approximately $45 or more in total donations across Percent Impact Foundation and its giving partners. Percent Impact Foundation is directly connected to Goodstack, its partner organization that supports nonprofit vetting and grant disbursement processing.
If a nonprofit does not reach this threshold after approximately three months, Percent Impact Foundation typically proceeds with a grant anyway.
Delivery methods vary based on nonprofit status:
- If the nonprofit is onboarded with Percent Impact Foundation / Goodstack
- If the nonprofit is not yet onboarded
- If delivery isn’t possible (for example, due to incorrect information or eligibility limitations)
Grants are usually sent via electronic transfer, often within 15–45 days after the threshold is reached.
Grants are typically sent by check, often within 15–45 days.
Percent Impact Foundation may redirect the funds to a nonprofit with a similar mission.
